The Alice AWR486 strings set features a nano-polished coating that provides an anti-oxidation and comfortable playing feel. This is a brand-new string manufacturing process, where the raw materials are first polished to form a tight and strong protective film on the surface. Then, high or low-temperature nano-coating cycles are applied using high-polymer, fluorocarbon, or other materials.

The coating is only about 1/10 the thickness of traditional anti-rust coatings. Strings made using this process have a particularly crisp and bright sound, making them very suitable for guitar enthusiasts who prioritize tone quality. The bright acoustic tone is nearly the same as uncoated strings, but lasts longer.
